About Priscilla
Imagine settling into your practice space while we explore the mechanics of shifting positions and bowing technique together. It feels quite natural to start by checking your posture and then moving into the nuances of spiccato and staccato bowing. Because I hold a BMus degree, I emphasize the importance of ear training and music theory alongside classical repertoire.
We work on rhythm and timing so that you can navigate double stops with total clarity. These sessions prioritize a deep understanding of your instrument through consistent repetition and careful listening. I keep the focus sharp, ensuring that every orchestral piece you attempt gains depth and structural integrity.
My approach remains grounded in the realities of your current technical level. We spend sufficient time on the smallest details to ensure your progress is sustainable over the long term.
