About Raisah
With over 10 years of experience working in UK schools, I have had the privilege of supporting a wide range of students in developing confidence, independence, and a genuine enjoyment of learning. I became a teacher because I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Helping young learners discover their strengths and achieve success — both academically and personally — is at the heart of everything I do. My specialist subject is Philosophy and Ethics, which has shaped my passion for encouraging curiosity, reflection, and critical thinking. Alongside this, I have experience teaching KS1 and KS2 students in Maths and English, with a particular focus on building strong foundations and preparing for SATs in a calm, supportive way. I take pride in creating a learning environment where every child feels valued, capable, and motivated to achieve their best. My approach is personalised, patient, and designed to help each student grow in confidence as they progress.
