Archetype Personal Training, located in Rocklin, CA and servicing the surrounding areas, is a women-owned business focused on proper movement mechanics for health and longevity. As a mobile practitioner of corrective exercise, they specialize in fixing poor biomechanics to achieve pain-free movement and then we add strength onto a good foundation! You're taught how to move better and use this knowledge throughout your life!

The first lesson will be a health history intake and discussion of any movement that causes pain. I'll provide explanation of how the processes works and what to expect with your exercises. Next will come a movement and postural alignment assesment, then we'll tackle the foundational exercises to start building proper mechanics for any issues we identify. Ultimate progression culminates in standard functional strength training.
