I began my career working for my family’s IT company, which has since grown into a multi-million-dollar operation. After gaining a strong foundation there, I went out on my own eight years ago and have since completed over 7000 service tickets with consistently near-perfect customer ratings.
Throughout my career, I’ve handled a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, networking, and installations. If it’s IT-related, chances are I’ve encountered it—and know how to solve it efficiently.
