I’m a 20 year old Egyptian with a huge passion for sports. I have experimented a lot which means I know what works and what doesn’t. I’ve been giving bodybuilding programs for both females and males for more than 5 years. I find joy in helping people reach their dream physiques and motivating you till you get there

I’m great at motivating as well as being very happy to help out with any issues in training.
