I feel the most important strength I can offer is my passion and enthusiasm to motivate my students helps them to discover their potential in what can often be a competitive industry.
I often teach my students ways on how they can make their project stand out from others, show important insider tips on how to apply for jobs and once they've started a job-provide them with all the necessary tools of support to find their confidence, make their mark and earn respect with the firm they work with. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to give my students the knowledge I wish I could’ve had starting out in the industry, to improve their performance and to see the end results where I know it can be challenging trying to figure it out on your own.
