About Whitney

"Adjusting the curriculum based on your specific weaknesses is a challenge I genuinely enjoy. Sometimes I find that even advanced players overlook basic king safety during a rapid exchange.
Throughout 10 years of practice, I have learned that rigorous game analysis acts as the fastest route to improvement. We will dedicate time to examining your recorded notation and middlegame plans to build better habits. I integrate weekly puzzle sets designed to sharpen your pattern recognition and endgame technique.
Attacking play becomes much more effective when you have a structured plan in place. My role is to help you process information faster while keeping your nerves steady. You can expect a deep dive into the logic behind every move we study together.
Constant feedback remains the cornerstone of my instruction during our time together. Developing a logical system for your openings will eventually allow you to play with more confidence."
