About Noah
Hello,
My name is Noah and I am a year 11 student (in 2024) accelerating Units 3 and 4 Biology.
I am doing Methods and Specialist.
I have done very well through years 7-9 (A+ average) in Math and am committed to helping you or your son/daughter learn Math and do well in the future.

I generally teach through the school textbook, so the lessons are direct and relevant to what you are learning. As the lessons are usually weekly, I ask the student which exercises they have done, explain them so that the student understands, and then give examples and then ask the student to replicate the method/s. If there is time, I will try to cover some of the next week's exercises. I usually will try to focus on weaker areas for the student, so that they are more prepared for the tests (this is done by asking the student what areas they find the hardest). After, i will assign homework so that the student retains their understanding and develops it further. The lesson before each test or exam, i will prepare a summary sheet with the student as well as summarize what we have learnt for the past relevant period (term, or chapter). Lessons go for 1h-1h and 30 minutes, once a week (this is flexible). I have tutored a year 9 for a year (in person), but am able to do zoom.
