About Maan
I am a sixth former (Year 12) who has experience with the new syllabus for both Edexcel GCSE Maths and Physics, having taken the exams last year. Often being the student called upon to explain lessons in "normal words", I believe I can provide a more understanding tuition than some older tutors, as well as being able to connect more with younger students.
You can see a CV with my relevant GCSE results, but the key results are: Physics- 9, Maths- 9, Further Mathematics GCSE Certificate- A*.
These are graded through the new 9-1 system, where 9 is the highest possible result and 1 is the lowest.
I am currently taking 4 subjects, the maximum amount allowed by my school:
• Edexcel A-Level Mathematics
• Edexcel A-Level Further Mathematics
• OCR-A A-Level Physics
• Edexcel A-Level Chemistry

I have experience privately giving lessons to friends and family members, and have 1 month of experience in paid tuition.
I initially like to observe a student in action, solving the areas they are struggling in, before judging whether their obstacle lies within a lack of base knowledge of the topic or a simple misunderstanding in the execution of the topic method.
I will be hosting lessons through either Zoom, Skype or Discord. I would like to be contacted a few days (at least 2 days) in advance so that I may prepare materials accordingly.
