About Mahi
Hi, I’m Mahi, a Biomedical Science student majoring in Medical Sciences and a recent SACE Year 12 graduate (2024). I am passionate about helping students improve their confidence and understanding in Biology, Chemistry, and general science subjects.
I am patient, friendly, and supportive, and I focus on explaining difficult concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way. My lessons are organized, personalized to each student’s learning style, and designed to help students achieve their academic goals while feeling comfortable and confident.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Medical Sciences, and I completed Year 12 in 2024 with SACE level subjects. My tutoring approach focuses on making learning simple, engaging, and less stressful for students. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style depending on their strengths and areas they struggle with.
My lessons usually run for around 1 hour and include clear explanations, practice questions, revision strategies, and step-by-step help with difficult concepts. I like to create a friendly and comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions without feeling judged. I also help students improve their problem-solving skills, exam techniques, and overall confidence in science subjects.
I mainly teach Year 10–12 students, especially SACE Biology, Chemistry, and general science subjects. As a recent Year 12 graduate myself, I understand the current curriculum and the challenges students face, which helps me explain concepts in an easy and relatable way. I am patient, supportive, and passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.
