About Avery
Currently, I'm a 19 year old community college student, working nights doing delivery.
For 4 years, I taught girls aged 4 to 9 theatre in summer camps!
My mother was a professor at KU, so I definitely have the teaching blood in me. I excelled in classes as a child, but lacked motivation. So I now take classes for fun! I enjoy working towards and learning new things.

I prefer to help with anything before high school!
I can work online, or drive to a location. I can even bring snacks for a job well done. :)
My teaching method focuses on your child feeling comfortable with the material. As someone who struggled, I know how hard it is to learn when you're behind. With me, your child will not feel like they are being punished for having trouble. We will work through the schoolwork together.
It's a lot like riding a bike - my ultimate goal is to help them ride on their own, without needing my support!
