About Juan
My name is Juan. I’m a 31-year-old architect from Chile, and I recently moved to Melbourne. I have a basic to intermediate level of English, and living here has shown me both the beauty and the challenges of learning a new language – especially with the unique Australian accent! This experience has helped me understand what it’s like to be in the shoes of someone learning a foreign language. That’s why I’m passionate about helping English speakers learn Spanish in a way that feels natural, supportive, and effective. I want to make Spanish accessible and enjoyable for my students, using real conversation, culture, and everyday language. As a native speaker, I offer not only grammar and vocabulary, but also context, slang, and cultural insight from Latin America. I know what it feels like to struggle with speaking, and I’ll help you build confidence from day one.
