About Yanet
I am a year 13 student currently studying A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. I offer tutoring in GCSE Science subjects. I have been giving lessons to friends and family for 2-3 years and have received positive feedback. I enjoy my science lessons at school and sixth form so I have decided to help students who may struggle with some of the bigger concepts in the science specifications.

My lessons are tailored to each student so they can get the best out of the lessons. I am a young student myself so I understand the struggles of not understanding a certain topic in lessons or revising a lot for exams and still missing easy marks.
The lessons will be one hour long and it is broken down into sections where we focus on an aspect of a topic a student is unsure of, then we look at trying the understand the basic concepts and then we look at the bigger picture, and how the topic may overarch with other topics they may have done previously and then we practice exam questions to solidify their understanding and ensure that they can pick up marks in exams.
My tutoring style will equip students with the study skills that they need to succeed in their studies, making them independent students which will help them as progress in their academic career.
