About Pragya
I am a YCB Level 1 & Yoga Alliance USA Certified Yoga instructor. I have been practicing and studying yoga for 2 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Food Science & Nutrition management and I also have been practicing energy healing for a year now. I am extremely passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle, physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga has taught me how to be present, to let go of the things that no longer serve me, to honour my body and mind, and to go beyond what I think I can achieve. As a teacher, I want to help others feel the same and to lead a healthier lifestyle!

I believe that every body is a yoga body, you do not need to be flexible or strong from the beginning, but as we progress through the classes, you will not only see your body transform, but also feel the difference in your mindset and emotions. I teach Hatha Yoga and ashtanga Vinyasa flow for beginners, paying special attention to the alignment of the asanas and breathwork!
