About Morgan
I'm a junior at Yale University double majoring in Physics (Intensive) and Applied Mathematics.
In addition to earning 5s on all parts of the AP Calc BC and AP Physics C exams, I scored a perfect 800/800 on the SAT Math Test.
I have several years of experience tutoring all ages and skill levels in math and physics. I've helped numerous students improve test scores, pass classes, and understand content.

I like my students to share content with me ahead of time, typically either a review guide, homework questions, a practice test, a list of concepts to review/teach, or general questions. My goal is to have students come to me with an idea of what they want to work on.
At the beginning of my lessons, I like to review any concepts my student is struggling with and address any questions they may have. I will then guide my student through any problems or worksheets they've provided. I do this by first creating and solving a sample problem to demonstrate the appropriate method, explaining each step of the process. After the sample problem and solution are clear, I help my student apply the relevant techniques as they solve the homework problems on their own.
I have an exceptional capacity to understand my student's abilities and tailor my explanations in a manner that makes sense to them. I love when students ask conceptual questions about why a certain method or technique works, as I often ponder those same questions myself.
These lessons are for middle through undergrad students taking math or physics courses. I will teach mathematics up to Calculus 3 and physics up to Classical Mechanics and E&M (including AP Physics and Intro University Physics).
