About Grace
I am an avid learner who is currently studying environmental studies (with a concentration in marine conservation) at Yale. I especially love writing, editing, and French. I have been working with children since I began babysitting at 12 years old--and have continued to work with them as a swim instructor and tutor.

I love having my lessons figure things out for themselves--by explaining the underlying technique/rules for a problem, I encourage my lesson to apply themselves to solve the question independently. I most often tutor middle school age children (although I have experience teaching swim lessons to much younger children). I also enjoy helping with college essays and was hired by my high school after graduating to help do so.
