About Federica
Federica discovers Pole Dance in 2008 thanks to a video on youtube, but given this discipline it was not widespread in Italy, in September 2013 she decided to start as a self-taught by installing a professional pole at home. From May 2014 he began to devote himself seriously to sporting discipline, perfecting himself through workshops and private lessons: - on November 7, 2014 he graduated 1st and 2nd level XPERT Pole Fitness instructor (trainer Karen Chaundy) and CSEN Sports Technician (sports promotion body recognized by CONI). - on May 30, 2016 she graduated XPERT Pole FItness instructor of 3rd and 4th level (Jazzy Kühne trainer). - on October 1, 2017 he participates in the Prevention & Performance course: joint mobility and functional work in Pole Dance and aerial disciplines (trainer Mattia Patruno). During these years Federica participates in numerous national and international renowned pole dancer workshops, also passionate about contortionism.

The courses are divided into levels (BEGINNERS, BASE, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED) to allow students to progress in a consequential and progressive way. Structure of class: - WARM-UP In the first 15min there is a complete warm-up with exercises aimed at preparing the muscles most involved. - POLE TECHNIQUE Learning and practice of pole figures (tricks and spins), and / or transitions from one figure to another (combo). - COOL DOWN The last 5min are dedicated to relaxation and stretching exercises.

Federica è molto brava, spiega di passo in passo le figure di pole dance, e se non riesci a fare qualche figura te lo spiega fino allo sfinimento!! È molto gentile e simpatica, ogni volta che vado a lezione mi diverto moltissimo, oltre alla serietà della lezione per imparare pole dance, ci facciamo grosse e grasse risate!
Continuerò sicuramente ad andare da lei️Federica è un’ottima insegnante, ti segue passo passo e non ti lascia mai da sola, rischiando di commettere errori.
Personalmente mi ha fatto crescere molto nella Poledance, spiegandomi/ci figure sempre nuove e interessanti .
Ho girato varie scuole di Poledance, ma mi sono trovata, ad oggi, solo con lei !! Brava brava !!!Federica è sempre sorridente e contagiosa con il suo entusiasmo. Le piace insegnare e si vede, le sue lezioni sono sempre ben strutturate, tutto è preparato col fine di aiutare l’allieva a realizzare i suoi obiettivi. Empatia e solarità non sono doti che si trovano in tutte le insegnanti, con Federica vi divertirete di sicuro e vedrete progressi in breve tempo.
Mi sono innamorata della pole dance! Tutto questo grazie alla professionalitá, simpatia, gentilezza e pazienza di Federica..
Ti segue passo passo in base ad ogni Tua necessitá e alla tua preparazione fisica. Ho davvero imparato in pochissimo tempo con Impegno ma sopratutto divertendomi.
