About Dusty
My twenty-five plus years experience in teaching at the college level, authoring a book aimed at novice screenwriters, and reviewing as well as evaluating film submissions have collectively provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the difficulties faced by aspiring playwrights and screenwriters.

I begin all tutoring relationships by first discussing the inspiration behind your story concept, your goals for the script, and what specific challenges you are facing.
Students come in different ages, and stages of the process, so my lessons are customized based on those needs and goals.
My lessons are for all levels and stages of story. I myself have an MFA in Dramatic Writing, however my craft as a screenwriter developed through experience. I can help you with a specific hurdle, or script doctor an entire screenplay.
