About Michael
I began as a writing 1-on-1 tutor in college and maintained a student pass rate of 95% or above. Quickly, I became highly sought after as a tutor. This allowed me to switch to teaching 3 classes of 20 students. Next, I taught college Reading Comprehension and Essay Writing. I've temporarily taught high school English, and also ESL in person and online.

My method has proven effective. To start, I take away the anxiety of having to learn ALL of the many rules of English writing and teach the basics to build the confidence of my students. Gradually, we learn more techniques. I allow students to be themselves so that their writing reflects them individually. Soon, like never before, you'll be able to express yourself in writing with ease.
