I am a qualified tutor, coach and mentor. For the past five years I have helped students to significantly improve their grades at both GCSE and A-level. I take a student-led approach. It is important to identify the most relevant areas to work on and where support is most needed. I encourage questions and discussion. Study plans are drawn up collaboratively and any changes agreed in advance. Obviously, reports from school highlighting areas for improvement form a keystone for these discussions. Commitment and passion are key to achievement.
