About Angela
-I am a medical student at Imperial College London, and have been studying about lifestyle medicine for two years. I have learnt scientifically demonstrated techniques to support behaviour changes and how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
-I am well-informed about good nutritional habits and effective exercise. As a former swimmer, I was taught how to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
-I have read books and articles about how to improve our emotional well-being, sleep and fitness in a more effortless way.
-I have learnt about the correct way of carrying out gym exercises through Cross Training and personal training.

Angela was really devoted to helping me achieving my goals in health, which was to increase my water consumption and eating more heathily. She never came across as impatient, even when there were setbacks (i.e. me not meeting our pre-set goals). She was attentive to our weekly meetings and was very encouraging throughout!
