About Mir
I want to teach because I believe in empowering students with practical knowledge and skills that prepare them for real-world challenges. My goal is to bridge the gap between theory and practice by providing hands-on experiences that reflect how professionals work in multinational corporations (MNCs). I want to inspire students to think critically, solve problems creatively, and develop the confidence to excel in their future careers. Before becoming a project manager, I worked as a developer, which gave me a strong technical foundation and firsthand experience in building software solutions. As a developer, I learned how to write efficient code, collaborate with teams, and tackle complex technical challenges. Transitioning into project management allowed me to expand my skills, focus on team leadership, and oversee the successful execution of projects. By combining my experience as both a developer and a project manager, I bring a unique perspective to teaching. I can help students understand not only the technical aspects of development but also the strategic and organisational skills needed to manage projects effectively in a professional environment. My aim is to prepare students to succeed in both roles and to thrive in the dynamic world of technology and business.
