If I have a class of 10 students, first I should observe an each student and work closer to maximize their potential. Students can have a very different attitude and behavior to learning. It is our job to discover their talents and reveal their strength in order to make them an active part of their learning. My teaching method is to maximize students' role in their learning journey.
