Teaching Approach and Methodology
My Teaching Approach and Methodology
My teaching approach is grounded in what I call "Husk and Dusk" — a philosophy built on earned, practical knowledge rather than theory alone. The "husk" represents the unglamorous, foundational work required to build true competence; the "dusk" represents the deeper insight gained only through sustained, real-world application — the efficiencies and solutions that come from solving genuine problems, not simply following a manual. This is supported by my Human Learning Proficiency methodology, through which I assess each learner's pace and learning style and adapt instruction accordingly, rather than applying a fixed curriculum. Every lesson is task-based: learners work with real documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and workflows, ensuring they leave each session with demonstrable, applicable skill.

Qualifications and Experience
I am a Digital Literacy Coach and ICT Consultant with more than a decade of training experience, having begun this work in 2015. To date, I have trained over 1,500 learners and provided services to more than 20 organizations across Nigeria. I am also a published author of six books, including a practical guide to data and spreadsheet proficiency.
Who These Lessons Are Designed For
Lessons are structured for learners at every stage, progressing from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced. This program is well suited to students, job seekers preparing for office-based employment, small business owners managing their own administrative operations, and working professionals seeking to improve efficiency through Office Automation. All lessons are delivered online, based from Owerri, Nigeria.
