About Natalya
My name is Natalya, I am a teacher of classic yoga with TTC Sivananda and experience from 2000. Teaching groups from 2010 in Moscow, Istanbul and online. I am certified in Birthlight и WellWoman Yoga in pelvic muscles yoga, fertility yoga, menstruation yoga and soft yoga practices for women.

I offer individual class and group class. Women’s yoga practice offers gentle and mindful classes for women of any age. It helps to harmonize the cycle, strengthen pelvic health, reduce stress and restore inner energy. Individual class is built on your request and goals. Group classes feel supportive and joyful, online makes it flexible and easy to join.
