About Isla
I'm a passionate guitar instructor with 9 years of teaching experience. I’ve helped students of all ages—from beginners learning their first chords to teens forming their first band. I believe music should be enjoyable and relaxing, so I focus on keeping every session comfortable and productive. I’m patient, encouraging, and always ready to adjust to what works best for you. In my free time, I play in local music groups and explore new styles. Teaching has shown me how rewarding it is to share that joy with others and watch them grow through music.

My guitar lessons are hands-on, clear, and goal-focused. Whether you're starting from zero or brushing up old skills, I tailor lessons to fit your pace. We work through chord progressions, rhythm control, and music interpretation together.
Each session balances practice with guidance, helping you stay motivated and confident. I use songs you enjoy to build your skills while keeping things fun and relevant.
We'll also explore basic music theory so you understand how chords and scales fit together. This gives you a solid base to grow as a guitarist and play independently.
