About Zara
I am a mathematics tutor with over five years of experience and hold an MSc in Actuarial Science. My teaching journey has been shaped by a love for numbers and a deep interest in mathematical reasoning. Over the years, I have directed problem-solving workshops designed to stretch students’ abilities and help them discover new strategies. Coaching for mathematics competitions has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I’ve worked with gifted students who thrive on challenges and aspiring mathematicians eager to sharpen their skills. My expertise lies in fostering critical thinking and logical deduction. I encourage learners to approach problems with creativity rather than rote memorization. Number theory and problem analysis are areas where I especially enjoy guiding students. I believe mathematics is not only about finding answers but about exploring pathways to them. Each step of problem-solving is a chance to strengthen one’s reasoning ability. I strive to create lessons that are engaging, interactive, and intellectually stimulating. Students in my sessions learn to value persistence and precision. Above all, I aim to inspire curiosity about mathematics. There is nothing more fulfilling than solving a complex puzzle and realizing how much your analytical skills have grown.
