About Freya
With 2 years of tutoring and an MSc in Radiochemistry, I bring a practical and engaging approach to Chemistry. I focus on food chemistry and nutritional science, helping students understand both the theory and its everyday applications. Lessons cover macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes. These topics are explored with clarity and linked to real dietary habits and health outcomes. Students also gain experience in dietary analysis and food product development. Cooking examples like fermentation or flavour reactions bring Chemistry concepts to life. My teaching style is open, clear, and supportive.
