About Marco
I am a professional bass player and writer/producer who worked with top established musicians from London and USA. I collaborated with many artists working with acts like Incognito, Brand New Heavies, Omar, Mica Paris, Nona Hendrix, Martha High ( J.Brown) , Tony Coleman ( BB King), regular bass player of the RAH band and other major acts from the 80s.

With over 30 years of experience as a bass player and tutor, I bring a deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of the instrument. My teaching approach is tailored to each student, focusing on strong fundamentals, musicality, and personal expression. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, I emphasise groove, timing, and versatility, drawing from jazz, rock, funk, and classical influences. I believe in a hands-on, ear-training-based method, helping students not only master technique but also develop their own unique voice on the bass. My goal is to inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.
