As an E-RYT500 certified yoga teacher according to Yoga Alliance standards, what sets my approach apart is a deep understanding of the human body and its potential for growth and healing.
I have dedicated significant effort to refining my understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic practices, allowing me to guide my students in a safe and effective manner.

We start with a free 30-min consultation that can be booked on the website. Here, we have the opportunity to become acquainted, discuss your current situation, practice some movements, and figure out if and how I can assist you in achieving your desired goals.
It is important to recognise that a certain level of compatibility between student and teacher is necessary, and the consultation is also aimed at establishing that.
Thanks to substantial training and experience, my private lessons are highly tailored to the individual based on their body type, mindset, and unique goals.
Over the years, I have honed my technique to deliver practices that go beyond a mix-and-match approach often found in mainstream yoga.
My practices are organically structured, including the right elements in the right order to provide the maximum benefit possible.

Details
The price 'per hour' covers up to 75 minutes, which is my preferred session duration, depending on the client's availability.
I find that a 60-minute session can feel too tight to fully experience the benefits of a satisfying yoga practice.
