Student can also share what best works for them and I can adapt and use that method to teach as well.

Neville is a great teacher because creativity and creating new learning methods depending on your character is something that Neville is particularly great at.
I recommend Neville because he has experienced many positions of leadership, dealing with many different characters as well. So Neville will not just be a tutor, he will be a parent. And will not cease to tutor the students until he fulfills the goal at hand.
