About Awanthika
I am a 22-year-old law student and have completed my 'Diploma in Yoga Education' recently from YOGA VIDYA GURUKUL. My interest in traditional hatha yoga led me to learn more about it and thereby I would love to teach anyone this beautiful science.

Objective of classes would be awakening of pranic energy, balancing, detoxification and stretching the limits of the physical body for longevity helping to reduce stress thereby improving physical and mental health.

She's the best yoga teacher to learn yoga, Mam has alot of patience and tries to teach each and everything in detail, she covers practical and theoretical aspects of yoga ,makes us understand about significance of each asana.
