About Pablo
I started my career in the kitchen 7 years ago, studying the intermediate degree of cooking and gastronomy and the higher degree of kitchen management in Asturias, my homeland. While I was studying, I have won 9 cooking competitions at a national level, among which I highlight the "Le cordon bleu haute cuisine promises prize" with which I obtained a scholarship to study cooking and pastry at the school, in which I Now, once the course is over, I have been working for a year.
I have experience in several Michelin guide restaurants in Spain and Italy, such as “al monastero” “Pedro Martino” “El corral de indianu” “Casa fermín”….
