About Abhinav
I am a passionate yoga instructor with over 3 years of experience teaching a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hatha. I am committed to providing my students with a safe and supportive environment in which to learn and grow. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and I am excited to share my passion for yoga with others.
I am a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance, and I am also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I am constantly learning and growing as a yoga teacher, and I am always looking for new ways to improve my teaching. I am also a certified personal trainer, and I use my knowledge of anatomy and physiology to create safe and effective yoga sequences.
I am a patient, compassionate, and encouraging teacher. I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of their age, fitness level, or experience. I am committed to helping my students reach their goals, and I am always available to answer questions and provide support.
I am excited to share my love of yoga with you. If you are looking for a safe, supportive, and challenging yoga practice, I would be honored to be your teacher.

This class is designed for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. We will focus on various poses, including sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and backbends. We will also explore breathwork and meditation. This class aims to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit.
What to Bring-:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothing
Water
What to Expect-:
We will begin class with a warm-up and some breath work.
We will then move into a series of poses.
We will take breaks throughout the class to rest and hydrate.
We will end class with a cool-down and relaxation.
Please note that this is a yoga class, not a workout. We will not be pushing ourselves to our limits. The goal is to find a comfortable pace that works for you.
