About Brad
With over 7 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historical Performance, I specialize in Baroque Violin for young learners. I focus on playful, age-appropriate strategies to strengthen ear training and aural skills. Lessons include storytelling, rhythm games, movement, and simple melodies to engage children fully. Suzuki and Kodály-inspired methods guide my teaching for natural musical growth. Each session combines creative play, structured exercises, and joyful exploration. Children practice listening, matching pitches, and recognizing musical patterns. Movement and games support coordination and rhythm development. Lessons are paced to each child’s individual needs. I encourage curiosity, confidence, and expressive musicality. Students develop technique while enjoying imaginative musical activities. Every session inspires a love of music and attentive listening.
