About Asha Sundari
As an experience expert in stress and depression related complaints, I can rely to what you encounter. You are not alone and you have it in you to change!
I have a degree in Human Resource Management (career coaching, psychology in Business, change management) and I therefore have insight from employers, employees and recruitment perspective.
I use a holistic approach (body, soul and spirit). For example, nutrition can also be an important asset in the process of you changing or sometimes mindfulness exercises bring a lot.
Key words: psychology, Ubuntu (South African philosophy), salsa dancing, guts, communicating, calmness.

Everyone is authentic so every approach is unique! I will certainly ask you the right, sharp questions and I will reflect what I pick up through our conversations.
Together we choose a coach form that suits you, walking, sitting with a cup of coffee, swimming, cycling, lying down with your eyes closed, you name it.
I can help you with (formulating) concrete questions in the area of making choices, gaining insight in what it is that you want, what you can do and who you are. Insight, inspiration and motivation to change is the result form our sessions that you'll definitely benefit from.
Maybe you've got stuck at one point in your life or you might suffer from stress. Or you experience feelings like 'is this it?', or you want to increase your confidence, learn to listen to your intuition or maybe your curious to find out what potentials you have and want to find out now!
I am convinced that everyone (whether you're stuck in life or super successful on a business or personal level) can use a coach, because you can always develop, learn, grow. Coaching is so so valuable, because it can help you finding your blind spots and resolve limiting beliefs so you can learn, grow, develop! Super right ?!
