About Ismael
I am a qualified ICT student that I will teach the basics of computer hardware, computer software, Operating systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, basics of Databases and the full area of HTML and CSS programming languages. Generally my lessons include 40% theory while the rest is practical. You will not get bored. I will put examples, jokes and a lot of practising. You will learn Hardware, Software applications, Operating systems, Word, Excel, introduction to Databases, computer systems and full HTML and CSS languages to start developing basic websites.

Perfect! Ismael is very patient and doesn't seem to mind reminding me of basic things
Perfect! Very patient with the elderly and explained each step as we went along. He managed to get my stubborn computer working and just as he left a lovely coloured print came out. Very much looking forward to next weeks session.
