About Andre
I am Andre Coetzee. I am a fighter. I do mixed martial arts, and I am also a boxer who coaches martial arts. I started coaching after I started going to my new gym, and since then I realised I have a gift for being able to help others improve, and since then I fell in love with wanting to help others be the best version of themselves possible.

I'm Andre and I am an English/Afrikaans fitness teacher. I help people of all skill levels. I don't judge; I am only here to help you. Depending on whatever lesson you're getting from me that day, be it the fitness, yoga, skipping, exercises, or just the life coaching or health assistance, I assure you my lessons are easy and effective. You're guaranteed to learn and progress. Everything I put into a session is chosen to help you in a specific way, and you will see the results almost instantly. Feel free to ask questions.
