About Valdas
About Me
Wellness practitioner and martial arts instructor, certified educator with a background in exercise science. For over thirty years, I have dedicated myself to studying traditional Eastern martial arts and wellness systems.
My goal: to transmit to students the principles, knowledge and techniques received from my teachers through direct transmission, from heart to heart. The essence of this process is that students receive not only technique: exercises, forms, complexes, but also the inner meaning, foundations, principles of old schools, connecting wellness and martial practices with everyday life, as a way to achieve inner balance, prevent conflicts and maintain health for many years.
Technical level:
Tenshin Shōden Katori Shintō-ryū - 1st dan.
Chen Shi Xinyi Hunyuan Taiji - authorized instructor.
Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) - 2nd dan (Okuden)
I have experience conducting individual and group classes and organizing international seminars. I speak Russian, Polish, Czech and English.
