Emphasizing a student-centered approach fosters consistent levels of interaction and discussion among students and instructors within the virtual classroom setting. This collaborative atmosphere encourages learning pertaining to the development of intellectual and cognitive abilities, as well as ongoing self-reflection. With over eight years of online teaching experience in Psychology, my commitment to education continues to strengthen and inspire. The instructor serves as both a facilitator and a teacher, and it is important to establish a balance between these multidimensional responsibilities.
