Welcome! I'm Patrick, a passionate artist and tutor dedicated to supporting those who struggle with painting. Painting is all about having fun—relaxing, engaging with your creative side, and learning a skill that will enrich your life for years to come. My approach is loose while staying representational, allowing students to experiment freely while maintaining a strong foundation in technique. I take a loose yet representational approach, guiding students to express themselves freely while maintaining structure and balance in their work. My lessons are designed to be relaxed and enjoyable, creating a space where students can let go of pressure and truly engage with their art. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, offering the perfect balance of instruction and hands-on practice. I’m primarily self-taught which helps me understand the frustration of learning to paint in watercolour. I have helped learners at all levels find joy in painting. I work with all age groups, beginners, advanced learners, whether you're looking to build foundational skills, refine your technique, or simply enjoy the process of painting. My goal is to create an environment where students can relax, explore, and express themselves through their art.
