I take a student-centred approach, tailoring my teaching to meet the individual needs and learning styles of my students. My techniques include clear explanations, interactive examples, and guided practice to ensure comprehension and retention of concepts. I encourage active participation and questions to foster a deeper understanding of the material. Typically, my lessons can be booked individually, or as lesson packs of 5 or 10 with the discounted price of 15% or 30% respectively of the standard hourly rate. There will be ample time for thorough explanations, practice, and review. As a confident tutor in teaching mathematics at GCSE and A-levels, I was awarded the maths trophy in final year at secondary school for achieving the highest results in A level maths and further maths, acquiring 6 out of 12 modules at 100% and averaging 98% throughout all 12 modules. I further hold a master’s degree in maths and physics from Warwick University, enabling me to provide high-quality instruction to my students. My lessons are designed for GCSE and A-level students seeking to improve their understanding and performance in mathematics. I work with students of various ages and skill levels, providing personalised support to help them achieve their academic goals.
