About Jodi-Ann
My relationship with movement began early as a dancer and athlete competing in both high jump and triple jump. Pilates for me came after a severe back injury which helped me to rehab and manage the pain I would feel on a daily basis.
Pilates has deepened the awareness I have around my own body and has empowered me to move and functionally operate better in my day to day life and fitness practices.

Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and goals with one-to-one sessions lasting 60 minutes. The first session is typically focused on understanding movement patterns and challenges which will be assessed via a fitness screening where we will set goals for the short to medium term. Sessions are developed through thoughtful planning and will see the client moving around the studio to move on different Pilates apparatus. My sessions are developed to create an accessible environment where clients feel challenged, empowered and supported so that they can leave feeling a little better than when they initially showed up.
You must have your own mat/reformer for online sessions. Sessions can be enhanced through the use of small props like a foam roller, magic circle, balls/bands etc
Studio sessions have access to the full Pilates system: Reformer, Trapeze table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine corrector and Mat along with other small props.
