About Rajiv
I’m a software engineer with around 20 years of experience in the technology industry, working across software development, architecture, cloud, APIs, microservices and modern AI technologies.
I started my career as a developer, so I understand what it feels like to learn programming from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve worked on large-scale enterprise applications, designed software solutions, led engineering teams and stayed hands-on with technology.
I enjoy teaching, mentoring and simplifying complex technical concepts. My goal is not just to teach you how to write code, but to help you understand how developers think, solve problems and build real-world software.
I also work extensively with modern AI-assisted development and AI/agentic applications, so I can help you understand how AI is changing the way software is built today.
These sessions are a personal initiative — not a formal coaching institute. I want to share my practical industry experience and help students, beginners and aspiring developers become more confident with technology.

The focus is not on memorising syntax. You’ll learn by understanding concepts, writing code, solving problems and building things.
No complicated theory or unnecessary curriculum — the sessions can be adapted to your learning pace and what you actually want to achieve.
