About Hannah
I am a pharmacist who registered in 2018. My passion is for helping people. I live with my partner, and my cat (who may choose to come meet you over a video call!).
My perfect day is spent snuggled up with a book, then finding time to analyse it afterwards!
I feel most fulfilled by helping people who may be disadvantaged or who are unable to adequately advocate for themselves (e.g. people with serious mental health conditions, or people with intellectual disabilities).
Outside of work I am very interested in English and film studies. I also play netball.

Whatever it is that you are struggling with in English, I would love to help you.
Despite being a pharmacist (and having a very science heavy job) I have a life long passion for English. I would like to think that in another life I would have loved to explore this as a full-time career option!
My focus is on helping people see English as its own subject. It is very different to subjects such as science and maths, and needs to be approached differently. It can be hard to learn how to study and achieve in a subject when using the wrong methods. I hope I can teach you to discover a way of finding enrichment through understanding English better.
My current job as a hospital pharmacist requires me to explain complex topics like health and medicines to patients in a way that they can understand.
History
-Awarded the Best in English and Creative Writing prize in my high school
-achieved a BPharm (Hons) which included writing a dissertation
-Tutored music theory throughout my high school years
