WELCOME! My name is Mrs. Sanders and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I have been in the Education field for over 19 years in various grade levels and subjects including elementary, middle, high, and college freshmen in sunny Florida ☀️. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and an Educational Specialist degree in Organizational Leadership. I also have certifications in Elementary K-6, Reading K-12, ESOL, and Educational Leadership. With my extensive experience and qualifications, I am confident that I can provide high-quality and effective tutoring sessions for your young learner. As for my teaching style, I prioritize creating an engaging and fun learning environment for my students. I have a bubbly personality and love to incorporate games and movement into my lessons. Through this, I am able to keep learners interested and motivated, making online learning a positive experience for them. To ensure that online learning is effective, I also use formative assessments throughout instruction to gauge students' understanding and adjust my teaching accordingly. When I'm not teaching, you can find me indulging in my hobbies! I love to shop, sleep, watch movies, and work on my various businesses. These interests have also influenced my teaching style and methodology, as they have helped me build my confidence, leadership skills, and success as a teacher. A standard 55-minute session includes:

1. Warm-Up & Review (5-10 min): Brief check-in and review of previous concepts.
2. Mini-Lesson (15-20 min): Direct teaching of the targeted skill or topic using visual aids and step-by-step guidance.
3. Student Practice (15-20 min): Guided exercises with immediate feedback, transitioning to independent practice.
4. Wrap-Up (5-10 min): Recap of key takeaways, student reflection, and preview of next session or optional enrichment.

*Lesson pacing and depth are always adapted based on student progress and energy.
