My teaching method is Instructions with practical demo and the student follows instructions and then student explains his observations and feelings and then session to give student clarity on his/her doubts.
The Goal is Student understand and starts observing himself/herself and gets clarity on his own mental thinking and tries to find the causes behind his problems/worries and then can come up with easy solution.
