About Sher Yen
I am a second-year student at the University of Melbourne and I currently play in the University of Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. I have been playing the violin and piano since I was 4 years old and have been teaching since I was 16 years old. I have won numerous awards such as First Prize at Euroasia Strings Competition 2020, First Prize at the Hong Kong International Strings Competition 2023, Bronze Prize at Singapore Raffles International Music Festival.

I can help students prepare for violin exams. My lessons are usually an hour long per week. I teach students up to any age from beginner to intermediate. I have been teaching the violin for 3 years now and have helped students prepare for exams.
