About The Expressive
Student of Roland and Almita Vamos, Sally O'Reilly, and Aaron Janse. Graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music. Was the concertmaster of the YouTube Symphony at Carnegie Hall. Has performed with Quincy Jones, John Legend, Kenny Rogers, and Josh Groban. Member of the Sphinx Symphony. Author of the books How to Teach the Violin and Bow Exercises for the Expressive Violinist. My former students have studied music at The Curtis Institute of Music, The University of Minnesota, The Catholic University of America, and Conservatorio Nacional de Musica in Mexico City.
