About Susannah
I am a professional violinst with a First Violin position at Opera North, Leeds. I also work with pop, jazz and folk artists.
I have been teaching for over twenty years both children and adults of all levels.
I have taught at Royal Northern College of Music Junior Dep, Leeds College of Music Junior Dep, and various other music schools and colleges as well as privately at my home.
My Qualifications: Master in Music (Performance), Bachelor Degree in Music (Honours),
GSMD Performance Diploma, ABRSM Gr8 (Distinction)

I am passionate about music and the violin and I'm keen to pass on my knowledge to help you learn!
My lessons are fun and friendly and based around the individual student and their unique needs and areas of interest.
I have students ranging from complete beginners to post-graduates.
If you are motivated by exams I can take you through the entire Associated Board Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and the technique required to pass these exams.
Or you may prefer to learn in a more flexible and relaxed method - focusing on pieces that you would like to learn or particular techniques you would like to develop.
